Billing and shipping addresses must match or your order will be canceled. 

Orders over $250.00 will require a signature for delivery. If you will not be home on the expected arrival date/time, you can request to have your package held at you local postal carrier service. Contact us via email address at (contact@Lavishhairnlashes.com) 

Please allow us 2-3 business days to process your order. Shipping takes 3-7 business days after processing. Business days does not include weekends and holidays. 

Due to Covid-19 all lace products can take 7-20 days for shipping.

All tracking number will be emailed.

Incorrect Address

If you notice that you have provided the incorrect address at check out contact us immediately via email address at (contact@Lavishhairnlashes.com)  If your order has not shipped we will be able to put in the address that you have provided. Once order has shipped we are unable to enter a new address and refunds are not available to orders delivered to the wrong addressed. Please double check your delivery addressed before proceeding to check out.      

If product you ordered is not available, we will contact you immediately by phone and/ or email to see if you are interested in a product substitution. If a substitution is not viable option for you and you wish to cancel your order completely, we will issue a payment as a refund immediately.

Lost Packages

Lavish Hair & Lashes, LLC is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages.  Once orders are dropped off to the post office of your choice it is out of my hands. Please contact the post office directly if you have any questions or concerns regarding your order.
